Remaining Widgets

I’m not a big Dashboard fanatic, but six widgets have managed to cling on to survival on this machine and get used regularly:

PHP Function Reference

Sometimes more convenient than referring to the web site when dealing with the plethora of inconsistent functions.

Screenshot Plus

Can be configured to send screenshots directly to Photoshop, which is a godsend.

BBC Weather Widget

The data seems more accurate for the UK than in the default weather widget.

Calculator

Maybe I should try Calc Board.

Dictionary/Thesaurus

Again, sometimes a little quicker and more convenient than the web.

iStat pro

Lets you monitor your Mac’s innards.
