Freshly Squeezed Documents

If you’re extracting content from PDFs or Word documents, File Juicer is an absolute godsend, well worth a measly $9. No need to get pics supplied separately, or screengrab them as a last resort, just chuck your files at it and see what comes out.

It’s one of those little apps that really make it seem worthwhile having a Mac around the place (HandBrake’s another one that comes to mind).
