Recently I noticed the Non-Emergency Minor Crime Notification site for reporting incidents to the Police here in the UK.

Aside from its obvious crimes against web design (showing no regard for disability legislation and government guidelines), it isn’t designed to gather information about online crime. That would be far too sensible and obvious.
